TEF X Cianna smile will be hosting a Family Art Therapy session run by Diana Chaccourr, a London-based Art Pyschotherapist. Art is used within a safe therapeutic environment as a tool of communication and self expression. It's a particularly helpful approach to those who prefer an alternative to traditional talking therapies.
