Surviving vs Thriving: Self-Care Discovery for Warriors + Keepers
Led by Chloe Pierre the founder of Thy.self. We invite you to join us for this self-care session Saturday 15th May at 1pm. Practice techniques that will allow you to centre; ground and welcome mental strength in situations commonly faced by both Warriors and Keepers.
If you are interested in talking to someone, we have licensed pyschologists running some group therapy sessions. Whether you are a Warrior or Keeper, we have free dedicated sessions. Register your interest and we will be in touch.
